some of the polaroids the talented lotta made of us on our wedding ever
I’m making a book for my final project in my print, paper, book techniques class. It will include blackout poetry, my photographs, a lino cut relief print for the cover, and stab binding.
Blackout poetry was inspired by past and present relationships and whatever sappy TV drama is playing nowadays. Here’s a few:

Harvey Milk (via thatkindofwoman) I have had this saved in my drafts since early, early February. I remember reading it the first time and thinking it sort of related to my life (because I’m a girl and that’s what we do), but then I read it this time and it just hit way, way to close to home. I’m a totally flawed being, but the one thing I’ll say for myself is that I always take chances. There is no limit to the things I would do for people that I love (any kind of love). I will fly across the country on two day’s notice, I will make moves, I will rearrange. I don’t care about money, I care about people. I will do whatever I have to do because I don’t take the easy way out of situations and I’m consistently proud of myself for that. I’d rather regret the things I did than the things I didn’t do. Similarly, I’ve realized that I’d rather get my heart broken over and over and feel this exact sadness than spend my life pushing all the good away. That much I’m sure of. (via wanderlusts) YEAH. EXACTLY what is said in ALL of this. Everything. (via gohelengo) |
i personally can’t justify spending a lot of money on clothes that Rooney will outgrow before her first birthday. she doesn’t get a clothing budget of her own yet and probably won’t for…a long time. and even then, it will be small. i’ll teach her how to do a 30 for 30 remix before long :)
